Material & Care
All Flats are made from premium matte finish vinyl. The Flats do have a slight texture so they are not slick. The material is 2mm thick, non-toxic & phthalate free.
Care & Maintenance
- Use mild soap & water - harsh chemicals and Magic Erasers are not recommended and may cause discoloration.
- Recommended for use only under cover - direct sunlight may cause the design to fade.
- Recommended for hard, flat surfaces only. If used on carpet or uneven surfaces creasing or puncturing may occur.
- Store your rug by rolling it front side out. For round sizes do not store with it standing on it's end - the ends will crumple.
- Never fold your rug for storage.

*It's simple! Just use a damp cloth or mild soap to clean. Harsh chemicals are not recommended and may cause discoloration.

Shipping:
We ship to the U.S. (including Alaska and Hawaii) and Canada. We do not ship to P.O. Boxes (including APO and FPO) or to the U.S. Territories.
- Every FloorFlat, TableFlat, and PetFlat is made to order
- Current lead times are 7-10 business days for full size mats and 3-5 business days for swatches from order to delivery.
- In some cases, all of the items in your order may not ship together or in the same package
Returns & Exchanges
Return Policy:
- 30-day return policy, once your item is delivered.
- Your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, and in its original packaging.

Custom items, swatches, ToiletFlats, and customer modified items are not eligible for returns, unless there is damage or a defect, in which case we will happily provide a replacement of the item you ordered.

I desperately needed an inside door mat by a pair of well-used French doors to protect the fading & finish on the engineered wood floor. Over time I purchased three mats from three different companies. Two were too thick for the very narrow clearance of the doors. The last was thin enough, but it NEVER uncurled completely/ lay flat so the door always caught on a "****". Then I found the vinyl mats from Carolina Creekhouse - perfection! The 2x5 mat lay flat right out of the box. The door weatherstrip doesn't even touch the mat, so nice smooth opening/closing. If you're looking for an absorbent "whip your feet" mat, it's not this. BUT if you need to protect a well-trafficked floor, these are primo.

I bought a small floor flat to try. I live in the country, have a dog, kids, and a husband who works outside every day. My rugs are always dirty. The floor flat is so easy to clean, and always holds up to the mess. I’ll be buying them in larger sizes to replace my area rugs.

I have purchased 3 Sarah Flats and they are perfect! The design gives the pop of color I needed for my space. I have fur babies and these flats are easy to wipe clean and they won’t get ruined like rugs do. I had some questions for customer service and they were very helpful and were happy to help! So far I’ve been very pleased. It flatted out very quickly, doesn’t slip at all. Really made the look of my mudroom totally different. I have a concrete slab that just doesn’t hold the paint so I got the biggest one they had. That’s the only thing I wish was different - that we could order specific sizes because I needed one just a little bigger and it would have been awesome to have had it fit just perfectly.
