Camden makes waves in a subtle way. At first glance, she seems calm, cool and collected. And she is. But get to know her and you’ll find she’s also layered, dimensional and all-kinds-of-interesting. These FloorFlats, in both rectangle and round, offer the same level of delight--through two-tone coloring and a continuous geometric pattern.
Material & Care
All Flats are made from premium matte finish vinyl. The Flats do have a slight texture so they are not slick. The material is 2mm thick, non-toxic & phthalate free.
Care & Maintenance
- Use mild soap & water - harsh chemicals and Magic Erasers are not recommended and may cause discoloration.
- Recommended for use only under cover - direct sunlight may cause the design to fade.
- Recommended for hard, flat surfaces only. If used on carpet or uneven surfaces creasing or puncturing may occur.
- Store your rug by rolling it front side out. For round sizes do not store with it standing on it's end - the ends will crumple.
- Never fold your rug for storage.

*It's simple! Just use a damp cloth or mild soap to clean. Harsh chemicals are not recommended and may cause discoloration.

Shipping:
We ship to the U.S. (including Alaska and Hawaii) and Canada. We do not ship to P.O. Boxes (including APO and FPO) or to the U.S. Territories.
- Every FloorFlat, TableFlat, and PetFlat is made to order
- Current lead times are 7-10 business days for full size mats and 3-5 business days for swatches from order to delivery.
- In some cases, all of the items in your order may not ship together or in the same package
Returns & Exchanges
Return Policy:
- 30-day return policy, once your item is delivered.
- Your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, and in its original packaging.

Custom items, swatches, ToiletFlats, and customer modified items are not eligible for returns, unless there is damage or a defect, in which case we will happily provide a replacement of the item you ordered.

I ordered my first 2 floor flats and they arrived very quickly. I have just remodeled and have hardwood floors throughout. The flats were perfect, exactly what I was looking for. I ordered 2 more, but they had not arrived and I used the online chat option to ask why. I was told they had an unusually large number of orders and were behind on production and shipping. I told her I really needed them by Thanksgiving and she said they would do their best. The flats arrived 2 days later. Today (day before Thanksgiving) I got an email apologizing that my flats had not arrived and giving me a full (100%) refund and assurance that the flats would still ship when ready. I replied to the email explaining that I did, indeed, have the flats and did not feel comfortable taking a refund for a product I received. I asked them to re-enter the credit card charge for the order. Two hours later I received a reply that basically said, enjoy your flats on us! I was blown away - in this day and age you just don't see that kind of customer service. I cannot recommend this company more highly, their product is wonderful and their customer service is superb!

Really impressed!
This floor flat looks fantastic under our formal dining table - I bought 2 of them and lined them up together to make one bigger rug to fit under our bigger table and it looks seamless. Such a beautiful design and don’t have to worry at all if someone spills on it or if the dog has an accident - perfect way to have a white rug and not have to babysit it. Couldn’t recommend this enough - just ordered another one to put in the office under the desk!
