If you are returning your item, that return process has begun.

We offer pre-paid shipping labels using our discounted shipping services. The amount of the pre-paid shipping label will be deducted from your return. We will confirm the amount of the deduction when we send the label.

If you do not want our label, please ship the item to 12220 Birmingham Hwy Building 80 Milton, GA 30004. Your item must be shipped in original or similar packaging. If shipped in a box, please roll the mat tight to avoid any damage. Once we recieve the package and inspect it, we will issue the refund.

Please keep in mind that we are not open on the weekends, and our business hours are Monday-Friday 9 am to 5 pm EST.
